• Domain name(s) and business email domains

• Technical data such as IP addresses, device configurations, patch status, active directory data (for assessments)

• Scan metadata, including results from dark web scans, vulnerability assessments, or phishing simulations

We do not collect or store:

• Personal financial information

• Sensitive customer data

• Credit card or payment information

• Employee private communications

 

3. How We Use Your Information

The data collected is used solely to:

• Perform the requested cybersecurity assessment

• Generate risk reports and summaries

• Recommend remediations or next steps

• Contact you to deliver results or provide follow-up support

We will not share, sell, or rent your information to any third party without your explicit permission.

 

4. Data Protection and Retention

All assessment data is stored securely in accordance with industry standards.
We retain data for up to 30 days following the conclusion of the assessment, unless otherwise requested or agreed in writing. After this period, data is securely deleted.

If you become a managed services client, a separate data handling agreement will be provided.

 

5. Third-Party Tools

We may use reputable third-party tools (e.g., Kaseya RapidFire Tools, Graphus, Dark Web ID, RocketCyber) to conduct assessments. These tools may temporarily process data during scans but do not retain or reuse it for any purpose outside the assessment.

 

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request correction or deletion of that information

• Withdraw consent at any time (which may terminate the assessment)
